Shipping policy

We usually ship within 24 hours from the time your order was placed during business hours - M-F 8am-3pm cst.

We are not responsible for undelivered mail due to insufficient shipping address. Please make sure your shipping address is correct with all needed information including the apt, bldg, ste #'s etc... where applicable. If we receive your order back for insufficient address issues, there will be a $20 restocking fee along with the original shipping cost deducted from your refund.

If your order is missing/lost please contact us at info@linksofutopia.com and let us know so we can rectify the situation. You will need to open a claim through USPS if your package was shipped through USPS for missing/lost orders. We, as the shipper, CANNOT open a claim from our end but will do everything in our power to make it right. Please contact us with further questions or issues.
