Honestly, for $100 I was not too impressed. I’ve been a competitive athlete with lots of success for many years and there really wasn’t anything new. I was really excited for an”ah ha” moment that never really hit
This is a good book- with a lot of back stories to support the author’s position. I must say, the price was high end. I expected more. I guess we will see how it turns out for me.
Numerous examples of great athletes who only needed a mind adjustment to return to greatness. I loved the sealed chapter, but won't say anymore so as not to give it away to those who haven't read the book. Second Dr. Cook book I've read. Always enjoy them.
